Returns:
The return can be made within 7 days after delivery. You will need to send an email requesting a return to atelierelisandrabucca@gmail.com with your name, and order number for return. The product must be returned in its original packaging, in perfect condition, and cannot display any signs of use, together with the receipt.
Exchange:
· We do not exchange products on SALE.
· The cost of SHIPPING for the exchange is the client’s responsibility.
· We do not exchange products that have already been exchanged.
· You just need to send an email requesting an exchange to atelierelisandrabucca@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery of the order to be exchanged. The product needs to be returned in its original packaging, in perfect condition, and cannot display any signs of use, together with the receipt.
· Returned of the total charge will be provided only after the order is returned and its condition is analyzed.
· PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS CANNOT BE ACCEPTED FOR RETURN.
